The Union Island Easterval Committee is the organizing body of this strong annual Festival. The current committee has been in place for the past seven years. The Committeee's aim is to organize and promote fun filled activities of immense quality and standards. In so doing market the Committee's growth for international recognition.

The Commitee also strongly emphazise preservation for the island Basketball Sport and also the Beauty Pageant that includes participation from Trinidad, Grenada, Barbados, St Vincent, St Lucia, etc.
